Dane's going over to a pal's house after school today so he can see his friend's chicks. I'm laughing to myself right now because in a few years "picking up chicks" is going to mean something entirely different to them.
a big fat chronicling by anjie
Rogue - The name of the farming and timber-producing region in southwestern Oregon. Its mild climate and relative isolation have made the valley a popular destination. The Rogue Valley's community of Ashland is famous for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
rogue [rohg] n. a playfully mischievous person; a scamp
No one likes a fellow who is all rogue, but we'll forgive him almost anything if there is warmth of human sympathy underneath his rogueries...

I must protest the whole 'few years' idea Anj. It just won't do to have Dane ready for girls. Nope. No way. It CAN'T be only a few years. He was just a baby!
Boo.
I agree!
Well, maybe "a few years" was a stretch anyway. Maybe I meant, say, seven or eight. :) Or ten?
Am laughing my tail off!
Chuckle, chuckle. Ye-gads, how about 15 to 20 years, he'd only be 24 to 29? Nope, that sounds like too many 'a few years'.But may those 'a few years' not come too soon!!!
Know Dane and Aubrey are enjoying the Reynoldssix 8 chicks, too.
Lovingly,
