A Cabo Wabo Reception for the new Dentist

Graduation night I rented out the Sammy Hagar room at Saylors in Sausalito and invited all our favorite people from the area to celebrate with us. It was also sort of a last hurrah to say goodbye to these special friends who've been with us through dental school -- friends from the Rec Center, from writing group, and from Willow Creek Academy, mostly. We had a few favorite out of town guests, too, with Mick's brother, his parents, and our pal Rob flying down for the events. With so many friends, good food, and tasty margaritas, the night was even better than we could've hoped for.

Not only did we sneak Dane and Aubrey up on stage when Mick walked (about four families did that!), but Mick was hooded by his fabulous, lovable, newly graduated Endodontist brother, Kai -- an honor bestowed on graduates with a dentist family member or mentor.
